Keith M. Spears - Chairman Emeritus
Keith, the previous President of Omega Capital Partners, now acts a Chairman Emeritus for the Firm. Keith has extensive experience in defining corporate transaction strategy definition. He has held positions as General Partner at Leadership Private Equity Partner, VP of Business Development for Gateway Inc, as well as VP, Mergers and Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs.
Keith holds Bachelor of Arts in economics from Browns University, a JD from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford Business School.
William R. Nelson - Principal
William has has provides advisory services to middle market companies for two decades. His expertise lies in information technology, medical sciences, as well as corporate restructuring and strategic planning.
William hold a Bachelors and Masters of Applied Science in engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada, as well as a Doctorate and MBA from the University of Toronto. He is a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario Canada, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
